Well found where or the flex plate bolts were hitting and another surprise :eek: . The flex plate to TQ bolts were hitting a oil gally plug which was sticking out just a tad and dont think it walked since it was still in there deep, so replacing the flex plate, will order a B&M sfi and just to double check pulled the oil pan and found the other mount bolt for the gear drive sitting in the front cover so that vibrated loose, cleaned threads on the bolt and block and red lock tighted it back in. Think that was more the tick sound, but will just get rid of the 440 source flex since they arent part of the sfi program anymore so good times.
