Dynomax Super Turbo interior sound levels

I have a couple of Darts using 1968-70 340 manifolds with those mufflers. The drone in mine is directly related to engine RPMs (3.23 gears/ Torqueflite) and between 45 and 55 in third gear its really loud inside, get over 55 and it all disappears
