1968 Barracuda fastback cloning to 340 4 speed

I did some brain dismantling ::: thinking everything out……..
My new thought is when I wired in to the fuse block for the tachometer placing the post into the back of fuse panel might have moved a hot feed across to accessories or visa verse? I’ll check that first today. Fingers crossed
