Are Walmart Mopar oil filters good?

i personally don't care where its made

i buy baldwin filters from UK baldwin distributor some of which are made in a UK factory with a contract to make filters for baldwin and some come from mexico and the US

the spec for a B2 filter seems to be the same the world over.... and i buy them because they make the specification available and its damn easy to find.
baldwin also used to make motorcraft filters i don't know if they still do

I would happily use a wix but they cost more here due to being imported piecemeal by US car parts suppliers

PH8A style filters used on lots of european japanese and US cars so OEM equivalents are also available volvo 740, ford explorer, toyota landcruiser and Hilux. there is a vehicle warranty or service warranty dependent on an OEM filter so i regard them as decent quality. this may be poor judgement on my part but can't say i have had a detrimental outcome with a toyota motorcraft or volvo filter.
