We had one of those cheapies on the garage at our rental house. It was an aluminum frame fiberglass door with no insulation. That and the long coil springs, it would never go up and down straight. It would jamb and run off the tracks. What a POS it was. I called my buddy at Overhead Door and had him put in a fully insulated door with a new operator. Not cheap but good quality and so smooth and quiet.
