Well, since my filters for my box are cartridges, I'm gonna look at both the Motorcraft and the fram, at walmart. Kinda hard to hide construction details when there's no can around the guts.

Since my filters for my box are cartridges, I found both a Motorcraft and a fram at Walmart (no other brand available. )
I could easily have swapped filters into the other brands box, nobody could tell the difference. Filter color, pleats, construction materials.... identical.
Genuine Motorcraft, $34.22. Fram, $19.98. I would probably buy a Walmart house brand.... if they offered one!
