I figured I'd do a little update since I actually did something.
Today I put my connecting rods together torqued to spec 30 ft lbs + 60° and honed them
I don't have a picture of that.
I also put on the final layer of splash zone epoxy, need to do some port matching and see about roughing up the epoxy, splash zone seems to be soft, then finish it with polyester filler and make it pretty.
Finally, I have some before and after flow bench tests of ootb trickflow 240s and my ported 240s.
This bench has audie tech software and reads 12% lower numbers then super flow benches compared. The trickflows numbers are really close if the 12% is added. Who knows if the numbers are inflated or this bench reads low ???
