How much should a basic 340 rebuild cost?

I pitch them a little while ago, I'm tired of messing with it. Everytime I say something you guys always say that's not true or that's impossible, that didn't happen. I feel that I shouldn't have to prove every little thing, this isn't a court room it's suppose to be a site where people can and do share information, experiences and such. This hobby isn't what it used to be. For some reason it's been made into who can out do who, who has the most spare parts, the most 340's laying around.
