Rod length & stroke question

stay with the stock crank and rods. if you're going to build a stroker, you do that from the jump and choose complementary pieces. changing midstream is only a lesson in frustration and wallet lightening.

check with your machinist on the reconditioning the rods. it may be a better move financially to just buy new units. also, at your power level stock rods and rod bolts will work just fine.

ETA: i'd meant to say stock rod bolts will work fine.
