Steering Wheel Question

I've had one for probably 10 years on my duster's tuff wheel that came out of an F body that I got on amazon. can get them for about $15. IIRC I had to rip a seam, cut about 4" out of it, and re-sew it to get the diameter right Steering wheel wrap
