Update: Advanced the camshaft four degrees today and re-measured:

Intake center line 91.5 + 130 = 221.5 / 2 = 110.75
Exhaust center line 72 + 163.5 = 235.5 / 2 = 117.75

Cam lobe separation (LSA) 110.75 + 117.75 = 228.5 / 2 = 114.25
