Try to check the bearings every year if raised a lot.
Re ring the engines around 250 runs or when leak down
tells us to do so if sooner.
It is a constant battle and cost us a small fortune as we race 11 Mopars,
plus a couple Jr. Dragsters in our family plus support the racing of several
of our friends race cars.
I'd like to get 250 passes out of the build and then do rings, bearings, valve job/springs and cam/lifters/etc as needed. This will be 1st time using Cometic head gaskets. Have used FelPro in the past with unsatisfactory results.
