Head gaskets only last a year...

I'd like to get 250 passes out of the build and then do rings, bearings, valve job/springs and cam/lifters/etc as needed. This will be 1st time using Cometic head gaskets. Have used FelPro in the past with unsatisfactory results.

If you have aggressive camshaft you may well see a significant drop off (Tenth or Two)
going that distance on the springs and valve job.

You will like the Cometics = Research their suggestions on block and head finish.
