What Does "Reasonable Offer" mean?

reasonable offer is subjective. there are plenty of objectively unreasonable people asking the moon for stuff. the flip side of that coin is that there are nickle dick time wasters and people that won't budge on a price either.

but on a sale, you know it's a fair deal if you both walked away feeling like you got just a little fucked.
