Breakdown Engine hoist?

I was hoping to buy a breakdown Engine hoist, something that I could put in the bed of my truck and use by myself as needed.
These don't appear to common... All is see are foldable ones.

Is there a reason for not being able to buy a breakdown type? Is there a better way?

I need to load a 340 block from an engine stand and strong reliable people that are readily available are no longer an option. Chainfall and come along not options either.
