67 Dodge Dart with a 360 Oil Pan Clearance Issue

As mentioned, a right angle filter adapter should solve your oil filter problem. Had a 340 in a '65 Valiant and don't remember any problems with the oil filter (with factory adapter) and it's tighter than your '67 which is identical to the '68 'cuda the engine came out of.
If it would ease your mind about the pan, someone mentioned a skid plate. Do it. Not hard if you have some welding skills and aftermarket may be available. I fabbed and added one to my son's '71 Charger after we installed a McCandless-built 383 with a Moroso deep sump on it just for my peace of mind. :)
