67 Dodge Dart with a 360 Oil Pan Clearance Issue

IMO deep pans don't belong on the street! I wondered when you said for your dad. A younger dad that has driven cars with deep pans maybe ok. 88 years old-no way. There is a You Tube guy that's working on his wife's 73 Charger. 451 stroker with a deep pan. Then the shop owner where they are working on it said they were going to lower it. I left a comment that women drivers and deep oil pans do not mix well together! If you have tall tires on the front and crank the torsion bars up-that would help. Everybody thinks they have to get their cars LOW. Here in Nebraska we have rough railroad tracks, giant potholes, and raccoons as big as St Bernards. If you hit any of these, you'll be leaving 5-6 qts of oil on the road!
