I'm not gonna get into it but there was a time that I bought aLOT from Mac tools. No more.
Were in another 7 year drought with no Mac guy, they don't last around here. Don't know how long this one will last as I don't have a crystal ball. And going to a local area where there is a Mac guy for warranty and to buy sockets to fill holes (ones that get lost etc) has been futile.
I get a lot of "you don't like my answer call 1-800-mac tools*"
screw Mac tools
if a new rep walked in my shop tomorrow I wouldn't buy anything.
And no I haven't gotten into my biggest aggravation with them, a story that has much to do with the multiple year Mac tool man droughts we've had. not just "my" shop at whatever time, I mean area wide. They don't last around here very long
