What Carburetor Works for Chrysler LA 360?

I don’t know about jetting.
With 650cfm Holley 4160 I ran out of carburetor (wasn’t getting enough fuel) in a low compression 340 at 90mph and the engine got too hot.

Wouldn’t he need more than 750 cfm with a 408 if he is going to run it hard?
