Front brakes won't release

Okay,,,you know it’s not the calipers .
It can only be the rubber lines,,,loosen and see if they release .
If so,,,,then the distribution block,,,loosen lines there,,,first out port,,,then the in port .
After that ,,,MC lines .
There is not much left really .
