Yes. The 1993 and later 42RH, 46RH and 47RH valve bodies use an additional boost circuit that increases line pressure approximately 5 psi anytime the converter clutch is applied. You can easily identify these valve bodies because they have a tube that goes from the top half to the lower half. Valve bodies with the tube are interchangeable with the valve bodies without the tube, however, if you’re using a valve body without the tube, adjust the pressure regulator adjustment screw one turn counterclockwise to compensate for the lower pressure.
