The 25% tariff is due right now. It came in, in early March.

The President just put off the raise in the tariff for 90 days.

The tariff is paid on the declared price on the bill of sale.

In some states you need to get the Spanish on the documents professionally translated, which I find ironic when every form they use is produced in many different languages including Spanish.
