Battery in Trunk Wiring That Exceeds NHRA Requirements

Dragging up an old thread but it’s been a big help to my dummy self. One question I did have, since I’ll be using a 90 amp alternator, would I use a 100 amp circuit breaker in the charge wire instead of a 60?
Assuming the wire can handle 90 amps, then yea, a 100 amp breaker would be suitable
