Just don't sink any money into the Magnum heads but if there functional and in no need in rebuilding then there fine until they do, magnum heads are good for 400 hp with a reasonable cam and cr.
I'd run as is and slowly save up buy on sales, Speedmaster or some other aftermarket head plus rockers etc.. then swap down the road.
