1 to 2 grand and that's if its rebuildable problem is, guys will beat you up over what machine work is needed now if you have already done the machine work and its ready to bolt together value goes up etc. It actually tire kicking cause whoever buys it will tear it down LOL! My opinion is this and I own 2 340s that a running 340 ready to drop in a car 3 grand thats low side. That is because they aren't dime a dozen like 318s etc. then there's the early vs late 340 debate etc. in short they are a rare engine so pick a low number and stick to it. You have to watch, experts will profess its junk but still want it for $300 dollars "scrap price" :)
