I'm guessing they went with 4.50" bore on a RB cause most are probably gonna build 540+ cid out them ? Allowing for longer rods.

I think a lot of them will be 4.500" x 4.500" for a 572" combination.

I didn't mention it, but they told me the block will bore all the way to 4.600" and still be plenty thick.

4.600" x 4.500" would be a 598" combination.
