My wife is 4'-8" but she's Latina. Her culture normally eats healthy food. If anyone has ever gone to a Latin festival, the food they sell is watermelon, corn on the cob, fresh coconut, avacado salads. A fair in the U.S. sells funnel cakes, deep fried Oreos, and bacon on a stick.
