I wake up every morning, and think maybe by now I've seen everything. But then............

I'm seeing this up here especially with school out. Kids - and I mean LITTLE kids like 10 years old, racing down 50 MPH rural roads on mini bikes, dirt bikes, and the electric scooters and bikes. They are all over the road and way too young/inexperienced to be in traffic. I fear they are inadvertently signing up for the organ donor's club.
