17” wheel and tire combo fit?
So -5.5 x 25.4 =-139.7 for the 10” wide wheel
And -4.75 x 25.4 =-120.65 for the 9” wide wheel
Yeah neither of those make any sense at all.
Typically the wheels offset will be stamped in MM followed by the letters "ET".
Regardless, I don't think those wheels are going to work for you.
If the front's are 17x9's they don't have nearly enough backspace, so they're probably going to hit the fender even with a narrow tire.
In the back, 17x10's aren't a good choice at all for a car with the stock spring locations. A 17x10" is 11" wide outside lip to outside lip. A Duster with the stock leaf spring locations has about 12" from leaf spring to quarter lip. So right off the bat even if you center everything perfectly in the wheel well you're only going to have a 1/2" clearance on each side. But the tire is going to overhang the lip of the rim, so, you won't even have that. You can get away with less than a 1/2" clearance to the springs, but not to the quarters if you don't want any rubbing.
You have the wheels so there's no harm in checking, but those wheels are not going to be a good fit without a lot of work.
