sidewall pinhole repair?

I worked in a tire and alignment shop for quite a few years. As far as I know a sidewall cannot be repaired. Only tread area punctures. Unless something has changed in tire repair technology, I'd say the tire is done. But you could put a tube in it...:)

Your tires are your biggest safety item on your car or truck. Not only do I buy good spares, I also but the correct tire and rim for my vehicles, that are on the vehicles now. When I buy new tires, I always save the best tire that I am replacing to be my next spare. Never not replace the spare. so not to be outdated.
