Your Miata , stock weighs about 2100-2300 lbs. Camaro add at least 1000lbs.

Plus. weight balance in a Miata is approx 50-50

Camaro is nose heavy.

I would think your entry speeds into a turn would be much faster and exits much quicker easily gaining you your 4 seconds.
