Has anyone installed the TTI 2.5" kit on a Slant 6 with the stock exhaust manifold? How did it sound? I don't want any drone or noise or a loud raspy exhaust like every modded Honda Civic or Subaru WRX, just a nice quiet system that flows better than the stock 1-7/8" pipe. Is it a Dynomax super turbo muffler in the kit?
The turbo muffler will drone. I’d get the kit without the muffler and put a walker quiet Flo, or the largest case muffler that will fit. You may still have to add a resonator in the tail pipe to avoid the classic Slant 6 buzz.
