Too much intake? RPM Air Gap on a stocker 360
i run the non air gap rpm on a stock *** 360. runs great..
My knowledge is challenged to differences of non air gap to regular air gap intakes. I’m assuming one is taller?
This is the first small block i have been involved with.
The issues brought up before about the EGR and the stock computer that runs the stock tbi are tough for my monkey brain to tackle all at once, while trying to make quality decisions. It’s all simple if you have done the job once…. Or so i believe.
So, plan is to remove smoking 360.
Put the small cammed rebuilt motor in with the air gap on it (because that’s what is lying around) and see if we can get it running with a 650 Holley that we have. Trouble shoot it. Pray. Cry. Repeat.
I’ll update with info as i receive it.
Options also include…. Just put the stock intake/tbi back on.
