David Vizard / Uncle Tony...Small block Infos ?

I'm so glad my 5-decades of working with so many cars, and having so many extremely smart friends....has gotten me to the point I'm at.
The only video I've watched and remembered [I don't watch YT or TV car shows]...is the engine-masters, where they smashed a set of headers and it didn't make a difference in horsepower. That was entertaining. I find almost all car media, tedious. I'd rather pull weeds.
