David Vizard / Uncle Tony...Small block Infos ?

Yeah, 318 mission impossible was the question that was already answered by 1wildandcrazyguy and Tim @318willrun long before the UTG channel became a thing. Trying to do it again with a small BBD on a stock “iron anchor” intake, stock 318 exhaust manifolds, and pistons that are .100 deep in the hole is going to be a real stretch to make it 1hp/cubic inch. Maybe if you built it like a qualifying engine for NASCAR? You’d do better with a ‘67-‘69 318 as a starting point, but I think the original scene was to use a throw-away smog motor.
