When people say that a voodoo or xe268H is going to "over cam" a streeter 360 or even a 340... well... Experience with a good tune up says otherwise. Even low compression stuff, the low end off idle output is so close, you can't really differentiate it. Go back and look at the low compression test/build/dyno that the Utah/idaho guy (can't remember his name at the moment did) But it's too big. LMAO Filling the cylinder is a more critical component of the exercise. The Holdener video of that 360 van engine and bolt on parts. Isn't a lick of observable relevant delta at 2500 from the change in the 250H to the 268H. NOTHING! But there are many that will argue til the sun goes down, some war and peace level prose, that it will be so crippled by this or that it won't run.
Same as talk to a pro. Some in here have built and been involved in hundreds of engine test/builds and don't have a shingle to hang on a building. Is that knowledge and experience exempt from providing solid input because they current aren't working in a professional capacity... HELL NO.
