Fan hurting or helping ???

Not a fan but a paddle to mix mortar. I worked with a guy who watched me, he asked to borrow it. I said yes. He says nope don't need the big drill. I am going to use my small cordless. I said it is not going to have enough torque. He says oh not as a mixer. I am going to try it as a trolling motor on my canoe. Ya had to know Billy
