Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morning. Spent the better part of yesterday in court over assaulting an officer. That charge was dismissed, scheduled to proceed on resisting arrest charge next month.
Odd how the officer who filed the assault charge was a no show??? One of the other four resisting arrest officers testified in their place Judge allowed it .
