I'm dealing with a customer that is altra picky. waited 2 weeks for an under mount china lav. it came in but had a chip that could easily be covered up with silicone. its an undermount so you would never ever see it, told him so but noooooo, he wouldn't listen, and now his counter guy is asking where it is. Buddy is now panicking because its going to be another two weeks. i get his point of it being chipped, but sometimes ya just gotta bend! So now its my fault that i cant get it in time. 2 more years lads and I'm out lol
