Competent 451 engine builder in Portland Or

Hi all about ready to pull the trigger on a 451 build with the 440 source kit. first Question. machine shop with dyno and mopar know how in the Portland Oregon metro area and 2nd Question good aluminum heads that will fit up to cppa headers this will be all street driven and only down the track once a year at wood burn. Much thanks
Portland Engine Rebuilders can build anything you want but I don't think they have their dyno working yet. Gray's Automotive in McMinnville has a lot of experience with Mopar stroker engines. They have built all of my engines for the last 30 years and I've built a lot of them. Gray's has an engine dyno which I help run. The dyno is a good tool for verification, especially on a new rebuild.
These days I'd probably recommend a 470 over a 451 just because of parts availability but either can be built. The low deck 512 is also a good engine to build but they do tend to have a little more piston slap. Some customers don't like the noise of cold start piston slap.
The best heads to use these days are TF240 heads. The Edelbrock RPM heads are good, but not really a great value since the prices have gone up.
