318 or 360 - What to Build

great advice here, although it seems 6 of 1 and half a dozen of the other.

knowing that the 318 was pulled running and original to the car, I think that's what I am going to go with first with a few bolt ons...

there's an opportunity locally to buy a Holley Street Dominator 318 intake with a 600CFM eddy carb for $500 CAD. There is a few posts on FABO regarding the Holley SD with mixed reviews.

Just curious what everyone's thoughts are on the following build specs:

Gear ratio: 4.10
Transmission: freshened up 727 with shift kit
Torq Converter: High Stall ??? RPM ???
Heads: Stock 318 Opened up slightly???
Intake: Holley Street Dominator (single plane with no equalizer chamber connecting 7-8)
Carb: 600 Eddy Performer
Cam:????? I have purple shaft as mentioned previously but seems people say its not a great option
