Quadrajet/Torqueflight question

A friend in the U.K. is looking for a quadrajet for his '85 Dodge truck with a 360 engine and a Torqueflight. I don't know anything about these, but I offered to have a look in the U.S. for him. Is there anything special about the throttle linkage/lever that is specific to the Torqueflight installations or are they the same as on other installations? If they're different, how common are they and where would I look for one for him? Thanks for any help!
