Yes, Indeed it is exactly what this one is!

Boy is it easier to work with than the darn screws in the way
you adjust the Factory dual points. Eventually, after a while
I end up striping the plate from tightening down the points
over and over to get the adjustment correct on the gaps.

It is a way better setup than the Mopar distributor and the
bearings never seem to wear out and need to be replaced!
These are ALL I ran on the race cars in the old days.
