IDF manifold for Big Block

struck me as a nice way to make any standard-ish engine feel very much not standard. If you know what your inlet flows you will know if the carb suits.. i.e you would not have to throw away everything but the block to have a lot of fun.

other option i suppose is 2 DCOE on a DCOE to 4bbl adapter or indeed that times 2.. expensive way into 1200 CFM or more of carburation but good if race series dictates you have to use standard manifold... would certainly look different, you miss out of the torque at lower RPMs though.
