Stop in for a cup of coffee

Some things I read I simply cannot understand. I know the value / convenience of a mirror before a lift. I've installed 2 for 2 different employees
I'm willing to borrow a ladder and carry the thing a few blocks to install said mirror. I can't imagine living in a place where I couldn't borrow a ladder from a neighbor. If I did reside in such a place, Lowes or somebody would deliver my new ladder. I can afford a lift but not a ladder? BS
