If it's done right, like he says it was....it's worth what he's asking. Show up with that much cash, but offer $20K. I wouldn't worry a bit about numbers matching drivetrain. If it has an 8 3/4, somebody put it in there because it wouldn't have come with it. Buy it and enjoy it.
