360 Block Lifter Ticking
That was a PIA and a half. This lifter you could compress it with your finger a good 3/8" of an inch. The rest are still solid and I can't compress them with a punch pushing down. I don't see anything really wrong. The cage that holds the check ball on the bottom, maybe, was not pressed on straight. It fell apart in my hands as I was figuring out how it was held together. I cleaned it out, put some oil in it and it is now rock solid and does not compress.. Once the retainer clip flew across the garage I shut off the lights and opened a beer. I will try to find the clip tomorrow.
I am at a loss on what to do. Ask my buddy what lifters he used and get another one?
