I would then imagine that they only intend for you to use the 5 threaded holes; but the absolute correct answer would be to call A&A and ask them how they designed their part to be installed.
Absolutely! I was just hoping someone had run into this before so I could keep going instead of having to wait until business hours today.
Follow up to my initial message . . . I was incorrect, there were seven bolts included with the new, bolt-in sprag. I shouldn't try to count through the tightly wrapped plastic bag! The two dowels do have to come out. As it turned out, lightly spot drilling the outside end of the dowels was the secret to driving them out. They apparently were peened over ever so slightly. After that, swinging the hammer like I meant it got everything apart without destroying the case! L8r!
