Anyone use a home nickle plating kit? @halifaxhops
Would like to make these look a little better. Scratched up, and when trying to get the dirt out of it revealed some copper plating. View attachment 1716464618
Doesn't need to be perfect or beautiful, just decent.
I've done some nickel plating on small jukebox parts, but that was about 8-9 years ago. Don't recall offhand how to do it (I got my info off Youtube), but I'm pretty sure I still have some small nickel sheets/pieces that I purchased online.
Best advice I can offer right now: Start out with something sacrificial, as there is a learning curve.
