Eagle has got big stroker cranks for 360 / 5.9!

MY opinion only!
To make a giant smallblock mopar worthwhile, it'll need a GREAT set of cylinder heads.
Most shelf smallblock heads are hard-pressed enough feeding 408.
I think I would settle for a 408, simply so I wouldn't have to spend $5k on heads. I don't think I would use less than a tf on a 408.
ON MY 4.250 STROKER I'VE GOT THE BIG GULP HEADS, WAITING TO GO IN.
I'M 80 SO WAITING ON SOME ENERGY.
